What Our Customers Are Saying
Although I didn't get any services done here, he was extremely nice and helpful.
I'm super glad I took my car to Taitt's! Trevor is so kind and was able to get me in and out same day for brake pad and rotor replacement. I also asked him to take a look at my tires, thinking that something may be wrong with one of them as the air in it seemed lower than the others. He mentioned everything looked good and didn't see any issues, and filled the tires with air to the recommended pressure without me even having to ask. Thank you, Trevor! I'm looking forward to bringing my car in for regular maintenance at Taitt's.
I've been coming here for years and honestly speaking it's one of the best shops in the city!! Trevor is honest and responsible when dealing with your vehicle and the guy behind the hood Jeff is outstanding mechanic as well!! They are upfront, no cutting corners and no hidden agendas!! I thought my thermostat was going bad and brought it in EXPECTING to pay a grip because my thermostat is a complete HOUSING UNIT WITH THE THERMOSTAT INSIDE, they put my car on the lift to begin the process and was like hey WE HAVE GREAT NEWS, it's not your thermostat. It's a ring that popped from the radiator and you've just lost coolant!! A simple fix and less bang on my pocket to!!! With that being said THE NEXT PLACE WOULD'VE TOOK MY MONEY AND SAID YEP IT WAS THE THERMOSTAT!! So yes it's safe to say this is a TRUE MECHANIC SHOP, INSPECTION AND ALL!! THANKS Y'ALL, YOU HAVE MY VOTE!!? CONTINUE BEING GREAT TO THE PEOPLE BECAUSE IT LOOKS GREAT ON Y'ALL!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?
